Dear Jim, I would like to thank you both for a great day out, I haven't laughed so much in years, I also can't believe we have wasted lots of trips to the Cairngorms in the past without trying kayaking or white water rafting with your company, it was great value for money and we will be booking more trips in the future, I can't wait. I was also a bit concerned my deafness would be a barrier, as you know without my Cochlear implant I am almost totally deaf, but you both made me feel relaxed and were very helpful and understanding, it was also a great help having my implant stored in the waterproof box, so I could keep tuned in till the last moment before launch. Thanks again for making it a great day out, I can't wait for the next time. Ian McKean

What makes us Ace!
Ace Adventure Limited was formed in July 2006 and is based in the Cairngorm National Park. The company came about through the partnership of Peter Syme of Splash White Water Rafting based in Aberfeldy and Jim Davis of Aye Limited. It occurred to Pete and Jim that there was a requirement for an outdoor activity provider in the Aviemore region that would provide a reliable and accessible service to the residents and visitors of the area for outdoor adventure holidays and activities.
The Cairngorm National Park is the largest in the UK and has been predominantly enjoyed for its snow sports, canoeing, hill walking, climbing, wildlife, flora and forests. With no major outdoor provider making use or providing regular access to the fantastic river systems in the area, Ace Adventure decided to develop from a foundation of fulfilling this niche.
The River Findhorn, while just outside the boundaries of the park is without doubt the finest white water experience to be found in the country.
The River Spey is one of the most unique rivers in Europe and provides superb bird watching and wild life viewing opportunities.
The Spey Safari is the first tour of its kind in the UK to offer wild life and bird watching while enjoying a leisurely and informed float downstream.
