2007 Head Raft Guide
Hey Everyone,
I am from the beautiful country of Australia. I have been rafting since 2002 where I trained up on the mighty Tully River of far north Queensland. Home for me when I am not travelling is Mission Beach, a beautiful secluded beach-side town of about six thousand people made up of river-guides, sky-divers, scuba-divers and people of a laid-back nature who have a love of the great outdoors.
Rafting in Scotland is my first overseas experience of my amazing job and it is one which I am relishing. With a variety of rivers and rafting - related activities to do this experience is sure to enhance my skills and bring many memories which I can tell the grandchildren about some day.
People say your job is only as good as the people you work with and if that is the case then I have one of the best jobs in the world. Since I have arrived in Scotland I have been made to feel right at home by our fearless leader Jim Davis and the always smiling Andy Robertson. Not to mention my new South African friend Kyle who is new to this game but has the youthful enthusiasm that is never lost with this job.
So for you out there who have not experienced the thrill and exhilaration that is whitewater rafting give us a call and we will organise a day to suit you whether it be mild or wild!
