hi me and my boyfriend done the lower findhorn on thursday 21st may and had a blast really enjoyed this so much and have told every1 about our experience and how nice every1 was but we was just wondering where the pictures of our cliff jump was only me mum dont believe we done this asshe thinks we r 2 scared to do something like that thanks once again for an amazing time

How to Dress for Comfort
Ace Adventure run water based activities all year round as Scotland has in recent years experienced milder winters and wetter summers. In saying that the winter can have below zero temperatures meaning activities such as Canyoning and River Bugs that require full immersion in water are not run over the colder months of the year.
On this page you will find information on what Ace Adventure provide during colder months for the water based activities such as White Water Rafting to help make sure you are dressed for the conditions and going to be comfortable. To ensure you are toasty warm please take note of what we recommend you to bring along in addition to what we supply.

What You Should Wear During the Session;
- Thermal, Polypropylene, Fleece or Woollen Socks
- Thermal, Polypropylene, Fleece or Woollen Long Johns
- Thermal, Polypropylene, Fleece or Woollen Shirt
- Thermal, Polypropylene, Fleece or Woollen Hat
- Bathing Costume
Note: DO NOT WEAR ANY COTTON BASED CLOTHING DURING THE SESSION

What You Should Bring for before and after the Session;
- Bite to eat for before and after the session
- Towel
- Change of Warm Clothes
- Hot Flask
