New Mountain Bike Obstacle Course

The closing of the A I Motorcycle shop in Aviemore at the end of 2007 has paved the way for two of the Strathspey most dynamic businesses to join force and provide a great attraction for local residents and visitors to the area.

The old Tourist Information Centre next door to the Happy Haggis Restaurant and Takeaway is now home to a mountain bike trials course. Ace Adventure and Base Camp Bikes have put together one of the toughest trials courses in Scotland. Anyone is welcome to go along and have a shot at getting round the course. There are a selection of bikes and equipment to hire or purchase.

Bookings for a wide range of activities from bird watching through to white water rafting on the UK’s little known but best rafting run in the country can be made at the booking centre where the friendly staff will be happy to answer any questions or make suggestions to ensure you make the most of your visit.
